The Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center is home to The Tree of Life Café, a 100% organic (ethically guaranteed, with no exceptions), plant-source-only cafe that serves our delicious and divine raw, live and vegan gourmet creations, all prepared consciously with love. Come and enjoy our delicious, vibrant foods for a meal, a day, or as a part of one of our many Tree of Life programs!
The Tree of Life Café serves inspirational and transformational buffet style meals of gourmet, 100% organic, vegan-vegetarian, kosher, live-food, seasonal cuisine, inspired by all the flavors of the globe. BOOKINGS & INQUIRIES:
For parties of 5 or less, no reservations are needed; please simply pay at the Oasis store during our open hours of 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 5:00pm. IMPORTANT: We typically offer entrees during our high-volume times ONLY. If you would like to order an entree during a time we are not offering a fully booked program, we require you to call 24 hours or more in advance to order an entree. Please note that we cannot lower the price or provide an entree if you neglect to call in advance. We serve a full live food vegan buffet-style salad bar at every meal, so if you do neglect to call in advance, you will still receive a wonderfully vibrant meal.
For parties of 6 or more, we require at least 24 hours advance notice before before arriving for a meal. Call us toll-free at 1-866-394-2520 to make your reservations and arrive prior to 1pm to visit the store at the Oasis to collect your meal pass.
Prices have tax included and tips are not required.
CAFE STAFF:
Cafe Manager, Chef Didier Cuzange has over 30 years’ experience in the restaurant business, with a French background and extensive cooking experience; his love for food is reflected in his creation of a wholesome, healthy cuisine that is also tantalizing to the palate and senses. A sincere interest in nutrition and compassion for the suffering of animals led him toward a vegan diet; Didier worked as a macrobiotic chef and owned his own cafe, Changing Seasons from 2007 to 2012, offering regular hands-on cooking classes and seminars both in the US and in France with his wife Liliane, a Doctor of Chinese medicine and acupuncturist. After discovering Dr. Cousens’work, Didier and Liliane moved to Patagonia to work at the Tree Of Life. Didier now manages the Live food Café at the Tree Of Life where he has been working as a Chef since August 2012.
Cafe Chef, Joshua Vermont: “Seek the truth, and the truth shall appear.” Joshua has spent many years seeking the truth, deeply in awe of the people and places he has traveled. Yet, one place stands in light of all the rest, The Tree of Life. From his humble beginnings as a café apprentice in 2005, Joshua has wandered the country working in restaurants and cafes honing his craft, one day awakening to the realization of his mission: to help heal the world one bite at a time. Seven years later, Joshua has returned to the Tree of Life with more gratitude than ever, humbled to serve and take part in a community working towards peace on earth. In love, each day becomes a deeper unfolding of truth for Joshua as he plays with the most vibrant food one can receive. He invites you to come and experience the joy and pleasure of live food cuisine at its fullest expression of truth.
